Dear Mr. Michaelson:

 

I’m still in a bit of shock… On Wednesday, (1-26), I pulled your website up

And couldn’t believe my eyes! Under the “Preowned Specials” was a list of

Some very fine cars –with very reasonable prices. I stepped out on Faith and

The 1st person I came into contact with was “Wendy Barich”. She was

precise yet cordial. I told her precisely which car grabbed my attention: The

“’05 Chrysler Sebring Convertible Limited Edition”. I had no clue what

this type of “Chrysler” looked  like, but had envisioned it was nice. Wendy

was on of her profession and represented your Company with

extensive expertise. She took my info, with a promise to get back to me

ASAP. She did, stating it was “do-able.” . I was so impressed, I made an appointment for that next day –12pm.

 

I got there at 12pm that 2nd day (the 27 th). I met “Chris Wright” and “ Paul

Kirkendaul”, who just “happened” to be outside when I drove up. They

Were cheery, enthusiastic, and optimistic from the very start. They were also cordial and their professionalism was off the chart. From their dis-

Position, I felt immediately I was among “Family” –Good and Honest

People. Like “Allstate’s mott: “You’re In Good Hands… When Chris

And Paul showed me the car –I was in shock!!!; it was more than I could have

Imagined… Both Chris and Paul’s teamwork was impressive: they worked

Quickly yet thoroughly. During any lapse time, both Chris and Paul

you’ll see me shouting: Thank you, Jesus, and crying…

 

I signed off the (initial) Contract on the 27 th with Susan Padilla, but

Thomas Tran finalized it on the 28 th –the day I drove off the Lot… I am only

Still awaiting for the 2011 stickers, as stated in the Contract: “Fees paid to

Public Officials:  $188.00” . The ones on it now expire: 3/2010…

 

Everytime I see my “new” Chrysler Convertible Sebring” I thing of your

Dealership/Personnel –FRIEND-LINESS, PROFESSIONALISM &

INTEGRITY. I have sent 3-4 people your way. They belong to my Church.

When they were checkin’ out my new wheels, I told them how nice I was

Treated @ Riverside Hyundai Mazda. They were quickly taking down your telephone number!
